Smoking, what do you think it does to you?
Smoking can cause multiple impacts on
your life and health. There are many different
ways that smoking can affect you.
Smoking can cause numerous diseases in
your body, it also has the ability of causing death. 

Smoking forms a variety of problems in
your system, contructing intacs in different
parts of your body. It causes multiple organs to
struggle with working properly. It effects the nose,
throat, stomach and even your lungs. It also attacks other things like your vision,
your blood and bone marrow. 

Smoking could also been known as vape.
There is no excuse to vape.
People asume vaping causes less harm,
they are wrong. Vaping causes heart diseases,
as well as smoking.

Smoking causes around 50,000 deaths per year.
By reducing the amount of cigarettes to smoke
in a month or day,
you could also help reduce the number of deaths. 

There’s one main thing in a cigarette
that poisons the body, “Tare.”
For every cigarette you smoke,
you put between 7 to 22 milligrams of tare
into your body. Tare is a chemical in the smoke,
you can’t see it, but you are able to smell it.
Smoking can also cause harm to your lungs,
which is needed to breath. Smoking is an expensive
habit which people find hard to give up.
Every cigarette you smoke reduces
your expected lifespan by 11mins.
A single cigarette contains over 4,800
chemicals and 69 of them are known to cause cancer. 

People might of started smoking because
they thought is was cool, or they had hard
times in life or even just started smoking
because others did. Please, think before you
start smoking, so you can live a longer, happier and better life.
