WALT - round numbers

SUCCESS CRITERIA - To be successful I must

• Indentify the rounding digit
• Write down all the numbers before the rounding digit
• Look at the number after the rounding digit, if it’s equal or greater than 5, then you round up, if lower round down
• If rounding up then add 1 to the rounding digit, if rounding down, the rounding number remains the same.
• Change all the numbers after the rounding digit to zero.
