DLO - Integers


WHAT ARE INTEGERS?
Integers are numbers including the ones below zero.
There are two main sides, the positive and negative.
The negative numbers itself,
counts as a whole number, rather than part of a whole.
THE RULES FOR INTEGERS:
When you add + and + it’s a positive.
When you add a big + and - it’s a positive.
When you add - and - it’s a negative.
When you add + and big - it’s a negative.
Example:
2 + 3 = 5 (1)
5 + -2 = 3 (2)
-5 + -4 = -9 (3)
4 + -8 = -4 (4)
